We'll begin the day by gathering in ritual with cacao, taking time to settle into the space, connect with one another, and set intentions for the journey ahead. From there, Katie will guide you through a sound-guided, experiential energy healing and meditation practice designed to quiet the mind, awaken the body's natural wisdom, and invite a deeper sense of presence.

In the afternoon, Kate will offer a mediumship gallery reading, sharing messages from loved ones in spirit. These messages often bring comfort, reassurance, healing, and the reminder that love continues beyond…
